Amazing experience-Eezi Move

We were looking for someone to move my mothers stuff from JHB down to CPT. After numerous attempts to get someone from a removal company to contact us we almost gave up hope as it would seem that the guys are just to busy and are not interested in small loads. We eventually stumbled across Eezi move and decided to try for a last time. What an experience!!! I have my own business and understand what it means to deliver great customer service. From the first contact with Mika all the way through to the wonderful team that came to rap and deliver our load in CPT(Elia, Misheck, Trust & Michael) the experience was amazing,. They have a passion for what they do, know what it means to go beyond the expected and how to create clients for life. We were kept in the loop all the way from start to finish and were treated as if we were their only clients. Mika has patience like I have never seen before. At one stage myself in CPT and my Brother in JHB were mailing her at the same time:) to ask the same questions..... I have no idea what she must of thought but she responded immediately to both of us putting the client first as it should be.
