Eezi Move

<div>&nbsp;Majority of items broken and they completely disregard complaints and refuse to accept any liability.<br>I have moved multiple times with them and ive chosen not to complain whilst multiple items damaged with each move.<br>I used them twice recently, 1st time moved just a few but very expensive items, 33k dinings set from SHF, damaged very badly, fridge and freezer new and practically unused before being transported, damaged with not less than 20 dents in the one, and multiple on the other as well as all broken inside as their own driver told me how they dropped item and doors opened and drawers fell out and smashed.To summarize 3 of 5 items badly damaged, in the first prior move. My wife saw them loading this move, and there were again only two men and items are massive and extremely heavy which resulted in innevitable damage as my wife watched them struggle to life over small garden wall etc. I complained as the eezimove driver thought was very funny telling us how they damaged all other items moving them from one truck to another during transit, telling us how they dropped items and also packed items pushing them up against each other causing dents, and received a ridiculous 5k for after many many mnths of fighting and i even laughed but let it go once again.<br>I gave them another opportunity, dont know why to move a 5 bedroom property furniture some time later and what seems like the majority of items, were ruined and almost all in front of our eyes with 2 men unable to offload truck and literally dropping items in front of us over and over again. Picking their just broken items up and sliding them on top of other items and damaging them.<br>Beds and bases they tore dragging on our drive way whilst breaking legs as they fell, lounge suite they tore in front of us as they pick up by the cushioned arms, dining set broke what i thought was 1 but later discovered 2 chairs as they stood on them to reach back of truck, large plant pots cracked top to bottom, Our beloved 7.5k desk completely ruined as they slid a cabinet they broke in front of us on top of it, causing a ***** to tear through the veneer a deep gouge id say approx 20cm long, 2 office desks and 2 cabinets broken into pieces literally too flat pack as we saw these items fall off truck in our driveway, and even tear apart as they mishandles desk on its side pulling by leg tearing *****s through wood frame breaking completely, to the point that my wife and i told them take everything off the truck and leave and we had to carry it all into the house by ourselves.<br>On top of this, upon collection of items arranged well in advance, they refused and had stand off to load truck as they were only 2 men and driver and they said the stuff was heavy. I hired a manager to supervise the move and from pick up time of 3pm, she was only able to leave 10pm as a result which i had to pay for.<br>This caused me to spend hrs calling all offices from JHB to KZn multiple times, to try have managers force them to load truck.<br>I spent many many mnths just trying to even get a satisfactory response from them to which they refused to accept liability in any way.<br>I invited them to my home several times to inspect all broken items and verify what happened, and cross reference my list of damages against actual items, to which they ignored.<br>Too many to list items broken and damaged and I plan taking them to court when covid subsides.Have documented everything.<br>Spoken to other people with similar experiences with this company.<br>Worst and most expensive experience of my life and I have moved dozens of times, literally................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&nbsp;</div>
