Affordable but at what price.

We recently had to move twice with Eezi Move- from a residential address to one of their storage locations and then to a different storage facility. I am unsure if our poor experience was due to being a “small” move or if it was due to our consultant or some other reason. Communication when getting the contract was quick and efficient however when trying to confirm the time of the move each time I had to phone numerous times (for which my calls were not returned) and resorted to emailing which returned an email filled with attitude and unprofessionalism from the consultant. The movers the first time were professional but did not include all the extra wrapping as requested and paid for (even with extra bubble wrap which they took) but when receiving our goods the second time I could see some were damaged. The contract protects EeziMove quite extensively thus did not take it further. They are affordable but I am sure I am not the only one to have experienced poor service from them? I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and tried out EeziMove this one time but will not do so again.
