86 year old, mentally challenged man's entire suitcase ******
Apart from many other smaller items, an entire suitcase full of an elderly, mentally challenged man got ******. He was left with 3 outfits that he was travelling with. Over R2000 was spent purchasing new clothes for him.
After following up over 20 times with the consultant, nothing has been done. No feedback has been given as to how they usually deal with these issues.
