Terrible carpet cleaning company

I have to express my utter disappointment with the work performed.

All looked fine when they left but after a while all of the marks (dog urine spots) returned. It now looks like I never had my carpets cleaned, and the smell of the product used, is terrible. I previously had another company do this for me, and was very happy with the results. No marks left and smelled fresh. I unfortunately could not track down the details of the same company and did a Google search. Among other companies, your details popped up and thought it was a reputable company to use.

I would now need to get another company, to come and clean my carpets properly and feel that I should get a full refund for work poorly performed.
