Eezi Awn - Poor product support and poor customer service
I have had an Eezi Awn roof top for many years with which I have been happy. Recently it needed repairs for the joining lips to meet when opening the tent. Boy have I been dissapointed with their inability to repair the tent and their disdainful service approach. They charged me to add a new base board (which they said would fix the liping problem) and then returned the tent 3 weeks later unfixed - which I found out on holiday only. Trying to get my money back or at least getting their boss lady to back their unfixed product has been completely problematic and they have just shut me out. No offer, no solution, no money back.
