No After Service and poor quality

We bought 3yrs ago a few new sets of Eetrite Steak knives, Forks and knives etc. I grow up with Eetrite over the last 60 yrs. Never had we had a problem with the quality, but this new ones has started with small pit marks of rust and even rust stains on it. I wrote two emails to Eetrite ,but they did not even bother to get back to me. I will definitely think twice before I buy this brand again, not only for the service but also for there quality
