Waiting for ages at hospital

Arrived at hospital at 17h00 and by 23h00 not assisted by a doctor ? Every hour a pasient was called to the truama unit. This is public hospital which represents the goverment. But definitely the HOD and Dr Cloete will receive a email from.me. is this how the public is treated. I know emergencies get piorities. I think the best way is to bring your blankets as well to to hospital because youvare going to sleep on the floor or desks waiting on a doctor. No wonder the public do not trust the public hospitals at all.
