<p>hi there </p> <p>so i was a patient at eesterivier hospital in 2014 and i recently found out that my information was given to third party without my concent, not my work company, not my family but to my brother in law's company he works for, i was very unhappy to hear this as i did not give them consent to give out my information.</p> <p>the sister that assisted me even went tobe a witness in the hearing of my brother in law stating the infomation she gave was correct, i was very dissapointed and whn i called the office on this number ********** 000 asking who i can speak to they just kept dropping the call in my face. I wish to continue with this case and sue them for privacy/confidentiality of client and hospital, i have laid a complaint against the public protector so i am just waiting to hear from them and if nothing happens will get to call lawyers who can assist me, cos im sure this is not even the first time they doing this , so i will not leave it like this something must be done....</p>
