Disgusting attitude of staff

Disgusting attitude of nurses...we got to the hospital with my 70 year old grandfather who's been having pain due to prostate and we're kept waiting or almost 12 hours without any explanation whatsoever....it's very unacceptable and in inhuman to treat people like this...I have never seen a government hispital that's is horrible as this....and I'm going to take this futher
