Wonderful Customer Service

I would just like give a huge shout out to Ozzie (Oswald) from Eerste Geluk Motors :-).

From the moment I walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning, he was friendly, respectful and made every effort to make me feel welcome. I purchased my Jeep from him, and like everything once I received the car, I noticed a few things that needed attention, at no point did Ossie ever miss my call or my WhatsApp, he was always more than willing to help, to the extent that he fetched and dropped the car of at my work. He continuously kept my in the loop of what was happening, and always offered a courtesy car whilst my car was been attended to.

In a week, I felt that Ossie had become more of a friend that I could trust and contact whenever I had an issue that needed to be sorted, he was even available to me on a Sunday afternoon.

Ossie truly goes out of his way for his clients, and I would recommend him, over and over, should you like a personal touch, with someone you can trust when making a huge decision like purchasing a car.
