The Biggest Mistake I made in my Life to buy a car from EERSTE GELUK MOTORS!!!

I have purchased a car from Eerste Geluk Motors in Bloemfontein the day off delivery 23/12/2019 the release bearing made a noise they said when the Garages are open after the Holidays we must just take the car in so it can be checked, I drove the car +- 100km then on the 26/12/2019 the car broke down, it was the Clutch Slave Cylinder that went. They then spoke to a Dealership to come and fix the car, order parts to replace the clutch and until now 06/02/2020 the car is still at the workshop and hasn't been fixed yet. I advise anyone to never buy a car from said Dealership as they do not own up to their name. Now if you phone the Salesman or Manager no one answers the phone, every time you speak to them they say Give us a Chance the car will be fixed. We also asked to cancel the buy in which they said cannot happen as we cant cancel a buy after 30 days. They also said to go to the Ombudsman to settle this matter and I left this I tried to ask them for a Loan car in which they rep**** that this will not be a problem they will organise this for me, yet nothings done. I am still waiting to hear about the Loan car as well as my car that is still at the workshop.... Sales Manager Connie De Buys.
