To make a long story short: Bought a vehicle with a "full service history" from EGM in May 2019. Took it back to them on several occasions to have faults repaired. Seems like not all faults were repaired and the car broke down on 03/01/2020. At first it seemed that they will be willing to assist with the warranty claim, but as soon as the fact came forward about services missing in the service history, they (MD and Sales Manager included) refused to assist and said that it is my problem. Connie de Buys, sales manager, actually said per telephone, that all services has been done, but he will not give me proof thereof as it is not his concern. Now they even **** to Wesbank saying that they clearly pointed out to me that the vehicle doesn't have a full service history before I bought it - which they never did. I will not pay to have this vehicle repaired and the warranty will also not pay due to missing service. EGM don't care at all. Their values and mission statement on their website is a ****. Do not buy anything from them as they are all lying ********** with no integrity at all.
