Eerste Geluk Motors Bloemfontein's service is pathetic

May 2018, I bought a Hyundai i20 1.6. A week later after receiving the car I complained about the brake pads, that they are making a lot of noise. And ever since I bought the car until now, I've been taken for a ride in regards to the service book history. The last time I went there , which was in May, the manager told me to go get a service history from Hyundai myself and buy a book. George Geeringh is the sales person that sold me the car.
