Dqmaged goods

I bought a car at Eerste gelukkig motors in bloemfontein. 2 months down the line the car has an oil leakage and water.i tried to claim under warranty but it was declined.i went to the dealer and he refused to fix the car saying its non of his problem i mean the car hasnt been paid for atlist 6months to give me such problems. Meaning they sold the car with those problems and now i have to pay 10 000 to fix the damn car and its roof
