Bad service

I baught a vehicle from Eerste Geluk Motors in Bloemfontein on the 17th February 2021. Since we signed the finance agreements it has been issue after issue not getting resolved. First the vehicle had issues with the the injectors and air conditioner, which was fixed (or so they say). I collected the vehicle on the 19th February 2021. The next day the vehicle could not start. Injectors again. The vehicle went back to them and was returned the Monday afternoon.

The Friday when my family and I wanted to leave for the weekend the aircon wasn't working and the vehicle was smoking heavily. I returned the vehicle again the next day only to receive it the Monday still smoking heavily. The salesman's words "**** all will happen, we will sort it when there is an opining to have it fixed".

Now a new issue, while the vehicle was with them the GPS doesn't work because they removed the SD card from the radio that has the software that operates the GPS.

I requested on numerous occasions to get copies of the signed contract which they also refuse to give me. We initially collected the vehicle late Friday the 19th and was told the salesman will send us copies. They added a warrentee to the finance which is not valid seeing that I have no documentation from them stating the pre inspection or service for the vehicle.

It has now almost been 2 weeks since my wife and I baught the vehicle and the issues are still not resolved.
