THEFT MONEY FOR ACCOMODATION PAID FOR

I booked and paid for accommodation in December last year for Dad's 60th Birthday at this fly fishing accommodation. Three days before we were supposed to go - i got Covid, I immediately phoned the establishment to inform them , doing the right thing not wanting to bring covid to the premises. They advised it was no problem, and that I could re-book in the new year. Six months later, they still refuse to let me rebook - they make you pay in full as a deposit. So they refused to give me a refund either. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!
