EEM Complex "mismanagement"

I feel one star is too generous, but unfortunately you have to give one.

We had multiple leaks outside the unit, I send videos and pictures and was ignored. Only a day or two after would someone come out. At one stage we had steam coming through the bricks indicating this was hot water from the geyser, that month our bill escalated. We were told the meter readings were correct and we were using excessive electricity. The plumber confirmed hot water leaks would cause the geyser to work overtime to compensate to keep the water hot = higher bill. This is true seeing opening a hot water tap had instant steaming water.

Every time I have been in touch with Justin, I have been fobbed off and no resolution received.

The garden service are no better, they are bullies and open to bribery. The first occasion they put lawn dressing down and came to me indicating what they had done. The guy stood there waiting for money or compensation. I thought it was odd but didn't give it further thought as I thought all gardens would get dressing and he was being cheeky. This later turned out to not be the case.

Another occasion they broke the irrigation riding over one water head with the lawn mower and others when turning the beds. We asked a gardener to see if it could be repaired and to quote us. Next I saw they were attempting a make shift plan which was shoddy workmanship. They asked for payment, the gardener x 2 were intimidating so I gave the money seeing I was home alone. I also have a pet and because of the current landscape I thought it best to comply. When we decided to move we locked our garden gate, a day later a gardener tried coming into our garden. He wanted a metal iron I used as decoration in a wheelbarrow bed. My husband saw him, asked what he wanted and we gave it to him. But had we not been there it was clear it would have "taken legs". The gardeners are hopeless and leadership misguided. They butchered trees early winter and there were thorns from trees all over the gardens. I ended up with thorns in my feet and shoes multiple times. This was not great for other pet owners or people with children either. The water wastage is intolerable, the guys left our tap outside the unit on one day - full blast, how?? They water the gardens and pond and forget the hosepipes and flowerbeds on. Water dams up and when we walked our pet at least once a week there was some water system being switched off.

It's like a Bunny Buttons holiday farm lacking direction and integrity. Not a great experience at all.
