POOR, PATHETIC AND ************* !!!!

I have been making use of “E&E GAUTENG KEYS” to make a spare remote key for my vehicle in March 2019. The owner “Eddie” said that we need to drive for about 3-5 days with the spare key and the original key so that it can be “set” and only after this the key will work. We did it for about 1 month, but it didn’t work. Since then I have struggled to get hold of Eddie. I told him I want it fixed or another key or either my money back (R1800). He didn’t pitched for the appointments I have made with him and he just didn’t answer his phone when I called him. I went to his house a few times, but every time he apologized and making excuses and promises. After the third time I went to his house he eventually admitted that it cannot be fixed and he could not get another key. He also said that he will pay me back and that I must sent my banking details for an EFT. I have enquired a few times and even give him more time after Nov and Dec but he said that he is not in a financial position to do it and that the business is very quite, he is living from the hand to the mouth. He is still making promises to pay me, but it is now another 3 months later and still nothing! I know he will never pay me back that I have lost the money, still with no spare key. CJ Swartz
