Edwin Bailey (alarms) warning

We contracted edwin Bailey, from hangberg, houtbay to extend our existing alarm system. We paid him for the material and labour. Within a day after installation, we noticed serious problems with the functioning of the alarm. We brought it to his attention and he promised to come and attend to it. He never did and now refuses to take calls or read and respond to messages.
