Unprofessional and bad Customer service. stay away!

I will not recommend this Business/ Passport services to anyone This place will take your money upfront and customer services will go out the back door.

I requested their services for a document that normally took 6 to 8 weeks at the south african home affairs , I ended up waiting almost 8 months for it. This company doesn't give you feedback back and when you ask for explanations they are full of excuses. I work abroad and can not do this by myself. I have send them over 80 email, 5 international call and dozen Facebook and twitter messages.

When they finally got my document my surname was incorrect, they send it back but couldn't tell me how long this process will take. If i didn't ask for prove that they did received my document they would have send me a faulty document. I had to keep on reminding them that they need to go to the thai embassy to authenticated this document and not the AUE embassy.

This is just a short version on how unprofessional this company is. they make you believe they are the best out there until you pay them. this company will just give you more headaches then anything ells.

I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
