Extremely Poor service from Edwards Business solutions

We paid a huge amount of money and got nothing for it. They provided inaccurate information and told is that our son was not registered on any system. However we had the birth certificate in our hands already. If you don't follow up you will not get feedback. Everytime we spoke to them it was as if they were not aware of us. You get promised updates which you never get and you have to continually follow up or all will just go quiet. Please people do not waste your time, money or efforts on this guy. I am more than happy to provide more info to anyone who needs more detail.
