Do not trust him!

Be warned! Edward Business Solutions - Edward Strick

He always advertise his business on the expat pages, he claims he can fast track passports/unabridged certificates etc.

When you first interact with Edward Business Solutions, all seems well. You are given a very formal timeline and promises of help, and guarenteed results in 5 days! This all sounds wonderful, until you pay.

For 3 weeks we could not get a simple answer whether he has recieved the money or not, and as of today I still have not recieved a receipt stating that payment was made or not.

Then you get to deal with the ever responsive Edward Strick. After a week of no answers and the 5 day deadline slipping, we get told it will take 30 days. 30 days turned into 30 business days.

When you try contact Edward (never once being rude, never insulting) you get vague answers and lies. After realizing we had been taken for a ****, we paid ANOTHER company to do what Edward Business Solutions was supposed to do. They kept us in touch with where the passport was and how far along in the process we were. We were also emailing with home affairs internally. So when Edward made up some story that the passport was complete, please leave me a good review, we knew that he had actually done nothing.

After 50+ business days of making a payment, ever the businessman, Edward emails to state that the passport has been complete and shipped to our local embassy.

Firstly: He promised me that he would DHL it to me directly, and not have it sent via the embassy.

Secondly: I knew this piece of information a week earlier. Because as stated earlier, we had to pay someone to actually do a job correctly.

Thirdly: We know that you took our R12 000 and did nothing.

What you will notice is that Edward Business Solutions no longer allows people to review his facebook page either. This is not by chance, but purely because the ammount of negative comments would get out of land. Attached is screenshots I took last week so I can warn other South African expats that might be considering paying money to him.

Before Edward Business Solutions gets all excited and says this is not true, I have a full log of our interactions. If he feels that any of this is not true, please come forward and state otherwise and prove me wrong. I have the various interactions (that barely make sense on a good day) along with ACTUAL emails from Home affairs saying that when he said things were done, they were not.

I rarely leave negative reviews or comments, but I don’t ever want anyone else to be treated the way we have again.
