LIES

I bought a queen double duvet cover set, when I got home I realized it was too small. I live in Rustenburg so it isn't always easy for me to come and return the goods. I called the shop and spoke to Feroza, I explained to her what my problem was. She told me of the 14 day exchange period policy. I explained to her that I was not coming that way in the next 2 weeks, so she said it is fine whenever I do come that way they would exchange it provided it is in the original packaging. I came about 4 weeks later and was told at the door about there 14 day return policy, I told them I had spoken to Feroza and what she had said. She was called and blatantly said she hadn't said any such thing to me. I refused to leave as it was my hard earned money that I had used. They called her out and she ignored me, turned her back and walked away from me. my goods were not exchanged, so it was a waste of money. I will never buy at Edura again, they eat peoples money!!
