EDURA poor quality

Hello Peter I had a very bad experience with EDURA at caltonvile. I sent my husband to get some blanckets for me only to realize that the quality of the blanckets is very very poor n they are very expensive for that poor quality. I called them to ask for my refund only for them to tell me that they don't refund then the lady was very rude she even hanged up while I was still talking. Please help me I need my money back I can't keep 7 blanckets that I can't even use...
