bad bad poorest service

I went to EDURA yersterday to buy certains since there is a special going on while looking for linen then I was directed upstairs to look for certains department ,got there and to my suprice a lady without a name tag assisted me while helping she left me there went to acorner to chat with her collegues , I then decided to askfor the manager she then atest that several complains have been coming to her ...but she does nothing about it...poor service
