Worst communication... No feedback on anything

1. Wrote exam online during the October Exam period with lyceum.

Of the 3 subjects that i wrote, only 1 subject's results were released. Upon enquiry, no reasons provided... worse, no one bothers to respond to my emails.

2. The second issue is with my account which has a credit balance. An Invoice debit on my account which is unexplained from my side was effected by the institution. Upon enquiry, no one is giving me answers as to why the debit and what is it for.

No feedback on anything... disappointing, does not deserve even a single star
