They took my money, the course didn't take place now they are not refunding me

I have since requested a refund for a course I paid for at Damelin which never took place. The lady called Zinhle Ndimande who is the Refund Administrator for Damelin promised to assist and is now blatantly ignoring my emails. This refund was requested in April and till today I have no idea when am I getting my money. This is my money and I want it. My advise to anyone out there, stay away from Damelin and it's short courses. They will take your money and ignore you
