Refund still pending - No response from Educor

I am now getting tired of Educor and Damelin, I have requested for refund since Feb 2024 they have been taking me from pillar to post, Damelin finally submitted my refund application in July I still haven't had any feedback despite my follow-ups, no response or whatsoever from Educor.
