Refund not received over a year.

It’s been over a year since I have received my refund. I call and send emails but Cleavon nor Dimakatso give me a valid answer. All they say on my emails is that they have escalated my query to the relevant department. They have been saying that over a year now. What I want is for the to communicate with me and advise on when I will get my money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to study at Lyceum College.
