Refund not paid in more than a year!

I wish there was a minus rating for this private institution (City Varsity under the Educor brand), First you waste a whole year of my daughters life for a course that was probably never going to start, yet you took my deposit, then you have the audacity to indicate she can enrol a year later OR I could get a refund (which you knew you would never pay back!^*&%).

I have been waiting for more than a year to have a refund paid back to me, despite several calls from my end(paid in 2020). I am told the same BS story that Finance needs to schedule a payment date, which I know is not the truth.

As a warning to others do not register with any institution under the EDUCOR group as they fail the students and the fee payers. Very ********* and ********.
