NO FEEDBACK.NO RESPONSE EVEN FROM COO OFFICE LEVEL-Mandisa Nkanjeni

Since 2022 all i got is empty promises from Mandisa Nkanjeni at COO OFFICE

I am writing the below message with hope that someone with brains who gets paid from us students can assist my Student number: *** and ***. I have paid full course fees of R27000.00 for NCertificate in Business Analysis which i have submitted all assignments on time last in Aud 2022 however your institution has failed to provide me with assignment results,no timetable for exams till date i have sending countless emails to the be people for assistance till escalated to COO Department where :Mandisa Nkanjeni failed to assist me & i have shared my last email to her begging for assistance till date nothing & it is another a year no response & assistance.

Which is really pathetic for the institution to deduct money every month & failed to assist, WE WORK HARD FOR THIS MONEY & TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. This company is robbing hard working South Africans & ALL I WANT IS REFUND AS THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR AS A STUDENT.
