More than a year to process a refund!!!

I would minus rate this institution if i could. Its been a YEAR since requesting my refund over R10K due to funds being deducted when the student cancelled. Every feedback received only after sending multiple follow up emails just to get a response stating its with the finance department. Honestly, i cant be this hard and its *****ing!!!!!!!
