I NEED MY REFUND FOR OTHER EXPENSES

I was promised a refund for my Lyceum course that you never stopped deducting for once the account was paid in full. My refund was due 6 weeks from 5 August 2019. It is now 16 January 2020, 23 weeks later & I am still waiting.
