Educor! Waiting on refund for more than a year

Educor is the pits!!!! My daughter passed away on the 05 June 2022. She was a student at Damelin Mowbray Campus, of which I nearly paid her school fees in full (R40 000). I was told they could only pay R13 470.00 as she attended the first semester which is more than the second semester (hahaha) It has been a battle just to get the R13 470.00 of which I only received a payout of R7 000.00 in February 2023 after numerous phone calls and emails. Still waiting for the outstanding amount of R6 470.00. I have been told they have a backlog of payouts which is not my problem. All I really want is to move on in all aspects of my daughter’s passing.
