Educor, quick to bill & demand fees, but ignore refund requests

Awaiting Refund since 2018, dealing with 3rd or 4th person on it. Mr Cleavon Fynn. He does not even respond, to any emails. Cape Town Central College, has no idea who deals with Finances at Head Office ( KZN). There seems to be a huge disconnect & no-one bothers resolving it. The Most Senior person in Cape Town, seems to carry no authority, as not even he can get anything out of Cleavon Fynn, or anyone from Educor/Central College Head Office, from 2018 - 2022?!
