Educor pls refund me, I have app**** for a refund in 2021

I will not stop writing BAD reviews about Damelin and Educor, I app**** for a refund in 2021 and I'm yet to be reimbursed by this ******* institution, when I call I'm being told that my application is with their finance department and a decision is still not taken. I have gone through all the right channels and it seems like I am fighting a losing battle.. somebody please help
