EDUCOR HORRIBLE SERVICE -

They have the worst client service and have no consideration for their students . I have been request for a refund since March 2024 through Lyceum who the on 24/06/2024 referred the matter to Educor for the refund to be processed. A month later today 24/07/2024 i still have not received any feedback From Educor . When i call to speak to the Manager she had no care what so ever about my query and told me that i signed a contract , Treating me like I'm illiterate . I know what contracts are and ive read through the agreement and I have the right to get my funds back as i have not made used of their academical Platforms .

If only these people know how much it takes for us to save our own hard earned money to plan for our future then they would not be treating us like trash . My friend who is a second year student missed one payment and everyday they are calling her to make that payment however they cannot give people back their money who are not using the school . They them selves are in bridge of their own contract .

The school has caused alot of emotional trauma for me cause the amount is alot for me and i cant loose it for nothing when i could pay else where or do something for my kids . I regret the day i considered them.

to the Manager of Educor i dont even know her name but Humanity goes along way my lady . you are messing with alot of people who are already struggling with other life problems . its like now you literally want to **** us of our money
