APPROVED REFUND BEING WITHHELD

I app**** in October 2020 for a refund for my son's studies which he had to stop due to medical reasons. It's been over a year and I'm still waiting!!!! All required documentation was submitted. The credit was approved by Damelin/Educor and the refund date confirmed in writing. When the refund did not appear in my account, I followed up with them. I then received a second refund due date in writing, which also never materialised. After following up again, I was given a third refund date in writing from Educor Headoffice, Pinetown, but this commitment was also never met by them. Since then, all correspondence has been ignored. I've now resorted to legal counsel to resolve the matter. This company is a disgrace to the education system in South Africa - withholding refunds which have been approved, thus openly lying to their clients. In essence, *****ing from them. I am disgusted by their unashamed unprofessional and underhanded business.
