3 month refund dissapointment

I had over payed for my tuition and required a refund to be processed. I put through the application and was told it takes 3 month after going back and forth I was given a date that the refund will be processed on the 20th of September.. I called in 3 days later and am now being told that my refund will be processed by the end of the week but can not be guaranteed. I am tired of the unprofessionalism of Damelin and Educor.. Please dont put yourself through the disappointment I've been through.. Rather sudy through a different institute.
