Robbing of money and course

Last year we signed up for a course for my son, we have chosen the subject and paid for it, we accidently paid it twice, and since then we tried to contact them, but no reply. I registered on their platform, tried to send the link to my son, but their course did not work and i lost R799 x2 This platform is still online and i wanted to login and now it does not recognize me. Says my account don't exist. This website educate24 need to be taken off google as its robbing people
