Eduard De lange attorneys trick desperate single mothers with lies and empty promises for financial gain

After numerous attempts to get maintenance paid as per court order I was desperate for help. I searched the Internet for attorneys that could help pro bono. I came across eduard delange attorneys website and they said I must complete the online application and I could get a free consultation. After typing my long story for over and hour and a half I was phoned by Mr De lange saying I qualify for the free consultation. The day before the meeting he called and told me to bring R500 cash. I paid the R500 cash on the day of the consultation. I met with Mr De lange and explained my problem. He came up with some ********* solutions which I wasn't comfortable with. One of the solutions was to take my children to "his" psychologist. I told him I needed time to think it over. He pushed and pushed to try get me to agree. I then decided not to go ahead with the matter as it wasnt on my children's or my best interest. To my surprise a few months later I received an account for R5374. 15!when I spoke to him regarding this he was angry because I decided not to go ahead and it was potentially a R50000-R100000 high court case. Today I was issued with a court order by the sheriff claiming this amount plus interest. For one "free" consultation. The sheriff was instructed to have done the Summons to me personally so they could issue a warrant of arrest of I didn't appear on the said day. The reason I went in the first place was because I didn't have enough money to take care of my kids. And that is humiliating and embarrassing enough. Now he exploits me and humiliates and embarrasses me again in front of my children with a threat to arrest me for trying to look after them. I'm so tired of being abused by these types of people. Now there is more trauma and upset for us to deal with. Thanks a lot!
