Good day, I enquired in 2023 my transcript (emailed ***) one unit standard was not reflecting on my certificate. I was in communication with Cie-Anne Horne, she apparently forwarded my query, at some point I phoned the staff dealing with the issuing of certificates to find out if my new printed certificate was there with my luck they said they are not aware of my query. I have my proof of communication from 2023 - 14/05/2025 asking again. Can we please get feedback from the institution because I tried phoning other branches and they keep sending me back to WC with no luck.
