Disgusted with Edubuild institution

I was a student at Edubuild in 2023 doing my level 5.My account was paid up for 13months which ended in January 2024. I overpaid my account for 3months which i informed them and send several emails and evidence of my payments. i spoke to Mary-Anne and she just told me they will get back to me and its 2025 now and im still waiting on feedback. The principal is Chantal Pick.I want my money please help.Monthly instalments where R900..I wanted to study further but they disgusted me with their bad communication and keepin me in the dark about my money
