Very Unprofessional Service

Edubabe tried to find a domestic /nanny for my family. The first lady she found left within ten days without any notice or informing me that she was leaving. Kate did replace her with another lady who seemed to have been given the wrong job description by the agency. As I later learned she was uphappy with her duties. After I had made it clear a number of times to Kate and the candidate what was expected off her. A month later I learned that Kate was already looking for another job for my helper without informing me even though we have paid for the agencies service, a placement fee of R2500. Kate took no responsibility in following up whether the employment contract had been signed. We had a number of queries regarding the terms of the contract. Kate did not contact us to clarify. After 2.5 months of the employee working with us. She refused to sign the contract we had to dismiss her based on that<br> Which we informed Kate, she did not have the decency to reply. Kate was extremely unprofessional and so was her candidates. After she received her placement fee she did not bother to see to our needs but looked out for the candidate who pays nothing to her.
