Bad attitude from barista

After having a meal at the groenkloof eds express I experienced a very bad attitude from the barista whom months before served an incorrect order of bubblegum milkshake whom after complaing brought a bubblegum milkshake mixed with a kit Kat milkshake.

No apology was said thereafter.
