Great IT support for my business

Edrich of Edrich Endemann Networks is working in partnership with Fugen Business IT Solutions and supplying the IT network, WiFi network and phonesystem for my guesthouse. Edrich is maintaining and doing the technicasl support as well as advising about new equipment. He always stays calm if I do not understand really technical specifics and explains it again. We also get support from him outside business hours when needed and remotely whenever possible, we are working with him for many years. #30in30
