Edric trust incompetence

Hi, my name is Justice Makepe, I used to rent a flat at glendene number 4 through Edric trust Bloemfontein, I moved out at the end of July, the lady working with the deposits promised me that I will get my deposit mid August, it's the 19th of September and still no word, each time I call them they say it'll be paid in but guess what it's just another empty promised by them, today on the 19th of September I decided to go myself there, to my dismay they don't know who is handling my file and who must deposit the money , they looked for my file and nobody knew where it is . I would like to report that their service towards clients is so poor, they keep taking your number and they say they'll call you back but never seem to do that.
