Why can’t I cancel my subscription

I am shattered eDream took my money after endless calls trying to cancel my subscription. There is no other option of cancelling the subscription besides calling the customer service line and they never pick up. You will be placed to speak with an agent for over 30 minutes until you ran out of airtime, does that mean I will never be able to cancel the subscription? I want to cancel the subscription and I want my refund
