Unauthorized Subscription Charges and Non-Existent Customer Support

They are deducting money from my account, and when I try to call their line to cancel the subscription that I am not even aware of, the line does not exist.

Apparently I subscribed to their prime, but I have never used their site to purchase flight tickets.
